Pinback Buttons that Biodegrade

Biodegradable buttons are now available

The Biodegradable pinback button is a stunning new product designed in response to unnecessary waste. In biodegradable badges, the implementation has been thought of along with the fastening, as the badge is exceptionally not fastened with a pin. A ring fastener of its own has been developed specifically for this product. By placing the detachable backing ring on the inside of the shirt against the badge, the shirt will be pinched between the bracket and the badge. Doing so has avoided adding anything to the biodegradable badges that would not disappear in nature in a short time.

The plastic parts of the biodegradable badges are a polymer made from corn-based biomass, which allows the material to decompose naturally in a few years.

Prints of biodegradable badges are printed on recycled paper with the latest Xerox^® Iridesse^® digital printing machine on the market.

Biodegradable BOPP laminating plastic is used for laminating the badges, the decomposition of which begins when exposed to the sun's UV radiation.

The implementation of the biodegradable badge is patented.

Production time and options

There are currently a minimum of 100 biodegradable badges. Because making badges is unusual, individual small orders are not made.

There is only one size, 56mm round biodegradable badge in the selection. As a material guide, you can follow the material of a standard 56mm badge and submit your printed material as ordered for other badges, preferably as a vector PDF file.
